Former user created an issue 2014-03-01

Enable user to select or specify the seam allowance width.

Background info: USA & UK use 5/8" and 1/4", everyone else uses 1cm.

We already have seam allowance, but only integer value. And program use mm instead cm. How represent 5/8?-> 0,625?

Yes 0,625 works fine.
