Render seems to crash at paper sizes > Tabloid and unusual sized paper

I have access to an 'Arch D' (~A1) -24x36"- printer and would like to print patterns to it. Unfortunately, Valentina seems to refuse to render pages higher than ~A2, either as a straight print or tiled. What is baffling is that it refuses to render smaller page sizes as well, like 'half letter'. It seems like it is preset to only render specific, common page sizes.
