Valentina allows forbidflipping and forceflipping at the same time

Analysis of Valentina files showed me Valentina allows this condition:

forbidFlipping="true" forceFlipping="true"

I feel this should not be allowed. It causes details to sometimes flip as intended, sometimes to not flip as not intended.

I predicted this case. If such thing happens force flipping will be active and forbid flipping will be disabled.

Open a file and check which combobox is active now.
