Custom Seam Allowance controls disabled

I see in the forum that another user experienced this issue in the 0.60 release but you needed more details. I also have this issue. All controls of the "Custom" section of the Seam Allowance tool are disabled for me. I've attached a trivial pattern where I see the issue, and a screen shot of the tool. I'm running the portable version on Windows 10 64-bit.

All controls of the "Custom" section of the Seam Allowance tool are disabled for me.

They are disabled because you don't have custom path with type Custom seam allowance. You need to include one first.
