Unable to access Android device storage

Issue #31 resolved

Hi,

I have been using your excellent app for a year on my old phone (Nokia 7 Plus) on Android 8, 9 and 10.

I just switched to a Nokia 9 PureView on Android 10 but I cannot browse files on local storage on this device. I see the root level folders are displayed in the Files section (cache, sdcard, storage). I can load items from the online sources that are cached in the cache folder, but sdcard folder is empty, and storage folder only contains two folders: emulated and self - both are empty.

On my old phone the internal storage was accessible via the sdcard folder, though I had no sdcard mounted.

I vaguely remember experiencing something similar when I first tried the app last year on my Nokia 7 Plus but then it suddenly worked and I never had a problem after that, maybe a similar issue was fixed in an update.

I have verified that the app does indeed have storage access permission enabled.

Thanks

After checking the app on dozens of separate occasions, tonight finally it worked. I can now browse my storage under the sdcard folder. I have no idea why it suddenly worked, but I do vaguely remember experiencing a similar issue when I first installed the app on my previous phone. It resolved itself within a few attempts back then. Again, no idea what I did differently to make it work.
