Add a switch to add movie files to a Globus transfer list in a trial workflow.

In adding the dataset and asdf information to trial workflows, value was found in adding the movies as well. To do this, it is easier to create a transfer list option in dkist-processing-common for all instruments to use. This will be included in instrument updates for test, vbi, visp, and cryonirsp.
