The Manual Processing Worker will contain a collection of notebooks, one for each of our instrument workflows. To update those notebooks upon each build of the instrument repositories it is necessary to generate the notebooks at build time.
This PR adds functionality to core that an instrument build pipeline can use to generate those workflow notebooks which look like this (using the VISP pipeline as an example).
