Description
New requirements in the fits-spec mean that current ViSP data will fail validation due to missing keys. This PR fixes that by adding those keys to headers during the Science task. The keys are POL_NOIS and POL_SENS, which describe the polarimetric noise and sensitivity, respectively. The definitions for these values are in the docstrings and were taken from this DC document.
In addition to the main change above, this PR includes updates to some tests that needed fixing after bumping all the versions of the fits-spec and *-common (this is the bulk of the diff, actually).
