Initial cut at on-the-fly beam splitting.
Rework to remove split frames.
Removed SingleValueSingleKeyFlower for file_id, as it is not needed for parsing. We only need a file_id tag for the intermediate files. Added test to check that matching beam 2 files exist for all beam 1 INTERMEDIATE_ARRAY files created during the science calibration task execution.
