The amount of spatial and spectral binning to use when computing the demodulation matrices used to be hard-coded to 1. This PR changes that by moving them to .parameters.
An implication of non-unity binning factors is the need to up-sample demodulation matrices if there are more than a single one for the whole FOV. The result is the reshape_demod_matrices method on the InstrumentPolarizationCalibration task.
