The WCS transpose is converting known wrong data into other known wrong data. Also, it is not universally applicable to all VISP input data and so should fall into the realm of manual_processing if we are going to continue to try and repair the files.
This will require the removal of canonical data on the test system and the removal of its ID from dkistdc-testing as we no longer need to test that we are correctly transposing headers.
