Load stimulus files in order that they'll be needed

Current stimulus media files are loaded when blocks are created (e.g. new CalibrationBlock();), and in the order of indices in the continuum. It would be good to be able to specify a load order manually, since if there are a lot of small files loading them all could take awhile and they won't all be needed immediately.
