Add X-Axis Code into View Model

Currently we're statically defining the X-Axis and scale. We should add this into the view model so that we can start using it to calculate dimensions etc. (particularly once we've added in the X-axis settings).

We should also use the axis helper API to define this if possible.

    We'll do the revisions to Y-Axis height once we've done the axis configuration in #6. This can be resolved.
