Add 'Histogram' as a Violin Option

When reviewing #14 and adding kernels, I thought it would be cool to be able to specify the histogram of the data rather than a KDE-smoothed line. I built some 'future-proofing' into that ticket, but it would certainly provide the end-user with a better ability to profile their data.
