Daniel Marsh-Patrick repo owner created an issue 2019-01-08

If the development flag is set to false in the aboutSettings class, the toggle will still display to the end user. When they enable it, it disappears. If they revert settings to default, it will appear again.

The user cannot enable debugging, but it is a minor annoyance.

~~#60~~: We were explicitly setting this to false after it was deleted, meaning that it would appear again. Removed, as not really necessary. Resolves ~~#60~~.
