KDE plot-adjust color of extrapolation past termination point independently

Issue #66 new
Former user created an issue

In the violin plot the KDE plot will extrapolate the curve of the data past the min/max range of the actual data points. *Which is standard and proper

It would be exceptionally valuable if the extrapolated part of the plot had the option to change colors. It would allow that area to be set transparent or lighter transparency or different color. This would enable the user to know exactly where the data points start and stop within the plot, but still benefit from seeing the curve extrapolated as well.

If the min/max range is -3 to 33 and the KDE curve goes from -7 to 38 it would be helpful for the -4 to -7 and 34 to 38 be plotted with the option for a different color.

I really like the outlined approach to solving this particular problem; will consider this, plus clamping/cutting and some other approaches with KDE bounding. Added to backlog.
