Update manifest
Regression + new feature test in Desktop
Regression + new feature test in UWP App
Regression + new feature test on Mobile (Android/iPad)
Update visual icon
Update sample workbook with new visual version plus new feature documentation
Update AppSource listing text
Update AppSource listing icon
Update Appsource listing screenshots

Now that the visual is certified, there are some additional requirements that we should fold in and verify:

Get TSLint added
Add rendering events
run npm audit and verify there are no warnings
