Dokany support

hi there.

i added dokany support. (https://github.com/dokan-dev/dokany) this is a FUSE compatible, open source, windows VFS driver.

it works on top of the normal MLVFS code, nothing is ripped out or so. so you can simply maintain it.

adds two new files with headers which are either MIT or from lockess inc "as is". documentation needs an update with the license information.

i cannot try if the "original" FUSE will still compile with my changes.
