It would be helpful if wiki changes for gitlab repos were also listed currently they are not.

Gitlab doesn't provide API for history of Wiki changes.

Hi!
Do you see commits of wiki edit in GitLab interface? Me not. And I don't see any special API thatallows to get wiki commits at this page.
If GitLab doesn't return them, it's not possible to index such commits.
