Add option to remove indexes when deleting a jigit job

Hi Dmitrii,

First of all, thank you for building an awesome plugin! Install and configuration went smooth with Gitlab.

I found one drawback when deleting a Jigit repository job: it leaves the indexed commits intact. When i created a new job on group level, I had duplicates in my jira tickets (like issue #35). I can't delete them without running a database query.

This was counter intuitive to me and I would like to request an option to remove the indexed commits, either as a prompt when deleting the job, an or additional option in the action dropdown.

I understand there is a method, as described in the details of release v1.2.0, but this is a workaround for functionality that imo can be expected from this plugin.

Can you reconsider this functionality? Thanks in advance!
