No. For now it is a part of Paranoid ROM.

Paranoid Team already provided sources of this feature but we can`t integrate it to DMod because DMod based on stock firmware with no source codes (we are making backward engineering al the time :-( )

Maybe in some feature if DMod will be based on sources instead of compiled firmware, but, for now, there is no sources available and i`m not sure that it will be provided ever.

Anyhow, you need to wait for third-party solutions: maybe some dev will make simple app and push it to Google Play, or it can be provided as Xposed Framework feature. But need to the guy who will do this.
