optizelle?

Hi,

Just curious if you plan to replace IPOPT with optizelle. Can you say anything about the benefits of one or the other?

It would be very nice to use an entirely open-source-log-barrier algorithm, this would simplify installation with docker, etc.

Optizelle is Python 2 only for now, so that would b a blocker.
