not able to run poisson-mother

I am following the code for the example poisson-mother; a few issues have occurred that are preventing me from successfully running the code: No Functional() function No MoolaOptimizationFunction() function Is this due to the recent pyadjoint? Are there alternative functions that will allow me to run this code?
