Fail to install on Ubuntu 16.10

I'm using Ubuntu 16.10 and cannot install the software using: " sudo apt-add-repository ppa:libadjoint/ppa sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install python-libadjoint " I get the error: " Package 'python-libadjoint' has no installation candidate" Thank you for the help!
