Support AWS ECR Lifecycle Policies

I'd like to have a local lifecycle policy JSON file and be able to use a task from this plugin to "aws ecr put-lifecycle-policy" it.

I too think this would be useful. Has anyone given any thought to if it’s a good fit for this plugin? And, if so, what it would look like?
