category search: not picking up all obs

Doug Burke repo owner created an issue

The category view page is not listing all observations for a given target name - e.g.

http://chandraobs-devel.herokuapp.com/search/category/EXTRAGALACTIC%20DIFFUSE%20EMISSION%20AND%20SURVEYS

says that there is only one 'Chandra Deep Field-South' observation, but

http://chandraobs-devel.herokuapp.com/obsid/16457

shows that there are multiple observations with this target name.
