Timeouts / pages don't work

Since the schedule has now been processed back to the start of the mission (although it is incomplete as discussed in #3), some of the more-complex search pages - such as the timeline view and the proposal category to SIMBAD mapping view - are now timing out. The database queries need to be reviewed to see if they can be improved, and perhaps an internal cache can be used for some of these large queries.

I have made a huge improvement for the schedule page. There are still some pages (e.g. viewing all observations made with a given instrument, or the timeline view) which need review.
