Feature request: Read out cosmological parameters from HDF5 file

So far, when running with massive neutrinos, pkdgrav requires still its own set of cosmological parameters in addition to an HDF5 file inside which all the parameters are defined already. In principle, these two sets of parameters can be different by mistake.

It would be convenient and much less error prone if pkdgrav would read out the cosmological parameters from the HDF5 file if one is provided such that the cosmology has to be defined only once.

NOTICE: Although pkdgrav so far did not use the Hubble parameter h (there was no need to set it), it will be needed if used side-by-side with CONCEPT for unit conversion (while pkdgrav works in Mpc/h CONCEPT works in Mpc).
