Faster Plugin Loading from Bukkit

Jonathan Scherpenbach repo owner created an issue

The Plugins are loading fairly/too slow. Maybe the bottleneck is the HTMLAgilityPack? The BukkitGUI from Bertware ist significantly faster. I will have a look at that.
