Duplicated Base64 Support.lvlib

This library includes the library “Base 64 Support.lvlib“ and make use some of the vis included on it but one of its depencencies is jdp-science-common-utilities that has included the library “Base 64 Support.lvlib“.

This duplicated library should be deleted from the JSONtext package.
