Reformat is slow

Could be made much faster, at least for the case of Pretty Print = zero.

    Idea, worst case with no Pretty Print is to reformat [NaN,NaN,…] into all nulls, an increase of at most 4/3, so we can preallocate a 4/3 size string and reformat into it
