Control Refnums and JSONtext

What to do about Control Refs:

Could automatically get teh Value and set from Value in teh main functions, but:

• Not sure how to specify Value(Signalling) versus just Value
• Possible some Users would want to send refnums themselves (some kind of reply address)
• Confusing hidden functionality, not really worth it

Alternately, can have a set of new functions that work on arrays of Control Refs. → will do this
