Need Tools to better support a strict JSON with no LabVIEW Extensions

Need to better support case were we cannot use LabVIEW Extensions of NaN and Infinity. Having just boolean input on conversion functions is clunky.

Consider a Conditional Disable “Strict JSONtext=True”

Also add a “Diable LabVIEW Extensions” input to Reformat.
