Empty string on RT target when input string has non-english characters

Using "To JSON text" on a RT target with an input string that contains non-english characters (ie. ščž...) the resulting string is empty. If the input string contains only english alphabet letters it works fine. This happens only on RT target. On a PC, it works ok will all strings.

Tested with Win10, LV2020CE and rpi3 as target.
