Missing files in Messenger Library makes making PPL hard (from Richard Thomas)

In my exploration to package messenger into a PPL I placed the vi.lib/Mesenger folder into an empty Project and some odd missing dependencies appeared. I think these are holes in your package pointing to Z drive stuff on your end:
