Scatter-Gather VIs

Scatter-Gather is currently done with Merge sets of three VIs. Consider a set of single "Scatter-Gather" to do common patterns, like when one only wants to know if an error was returned.

This will be clear code.

Have added some Scatter-Gather VIs to the Query&Read poly VI. Did it in order to add a better error message, where I include the text description of the Address the request was sent to and the label of the sent request. Before this I had the problem of "Future Token Timed Out" without any idea which actor failed to respond.
