Idea:

Async Action to receive messages on a QueueMessenger, and make DVR’s of the messages, then send them on.

EventDVRMessenger creates this Async Action; if Messenger User Event is released, then Action shuts down, which releases any message DVRs that were never read.

Working, and great performance. 0.5 ms for 100Mb messages!

Note, though, the Freeing of a 100 Mb allocation takes 10-15 ms.
