James Powell repo owner created an issue 2021-10-06

Compiler makes an extra copy because of this, but we could easily have added a Reply Address on Write.

Don’t change other types in that poly VI (except perhaps “Send Messages”)

Minor breaking change.

You would think inlining would dead-code eliminate the call, but I guess not.
