Backsaving Actor Example from 2017 to 2013 produces VIs that can't launch actors

Tried to get the examples I did for the Youtube videos backsaved to 2013 and added to Messenger Library. But the Main actor throws an error when trying to launch Instrument 1. Says the Dynamic Launch Shell is broken (it isn't). Actor demos in the library work fine. Changing the reference to the Shell to strict type, makes it work again, but we don't want to do that for other reasons.

All actors fail if I build from this version, so I am rolling back. I also backsaved a Trim Whitespace vi; I may have to purge that also.
