TestStand support

If I ever get a project to use TestStand, make a support API to run Messenger Library stuff from TestStand steps.

Would include things like using teh Termination Monitor VIs to abort things when Test Stand is aborted: https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/teststand/page/tsexamples/infotopics/terminationmonitor_lv.html

Things that would support a TestStand sequence well would be Request-Reply (both synchronous and Future Token based), Query Registry, and NotifierMessenger (to read latest value instantly).
