Description:

If Connect.vi is called from an unsaved project or VI, Application Directory.vi will return <Not a Path> (https://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/371361R-01/glang/application_directory/). The CLFN that calls PQConnectdb will not return an error if path in is <Not a Path>, leading to unexpected behavior downstream from Connect.vi.
