Form for organisational membership enquiry not working

David Submitting the form on the 'Join VSSN as an Organisational Member' part of the membership page gives the error message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function santize_text() in /home/vssnorg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/vssn-members/members-signup.php on line 52

An organisation tried to use it then got in touch with us - I got the same error.
