Bad test folder

The test folder contains copied code from another course format. As a result, behat testing is taking more time (doing twice the format topics testing), and the unit testing fails because you redeclare format_topics_testcase.

Please remove the folder or update the code so it does unit and behat testing on the eTask course format.
