Don't auto-add Dynamics tag if children already have them.

If you have objects w/ dynamics, the RBD tag on the Connector Object will override them.

    Easy enough for the user to delete the parent tag, and it's incredibly difficult to figure out how to automatically handle mixed hierarchies.
