typos in source

I used notepad++'s spellchecker to look through story.ni and tossed out the ones where it flagged an alternate spelling. I don't have precise line numbers, but you should be able to search for text on the left.

• David Welbourne -> David Welbourn
• infinitessimally -> infinitesimally
• subsidary -> subsidiary
• disintigrate -> disintegrate
• pronouncable -> pronounceable
