Inform default verbs

You know, the slightly silly ones? They are fun for me to fix when I'm delaying a functionality bug.

• JUMP "You're not athletic enough, for the most part."
• SLEEP "That would make you the worst burglar ever."
• WAVE "You don't need to attract anyone's attention. [if adventurer is present]The adventurer can see you just fine. It won't change that they're happy/mad right now.[end if]"
• WAKE "You're already plenty alert."

(Or, well, just un-define the commands)

The default WAKE response seems appropriate given the introduction to Sorcerer, but the others have now been changed.
