discouragement reject too strong

Andrew Schultz created an issue

"while you have the old rope you can't really go anywhere but up"

Better to say "You try to go that way, but the rope tugs you back. It's still hooked above."

    Actually, it could be tied to the box in the overlook too. I untied it from me and went east, then south, and saw a similar message. So "It's still hooked to the [thing] in [room]."
