lump "colossal cave" and below misty cavern together?

I think this is a good idea.

Also some players might not know what is the colossal cave, so maybe "caves below misty cavern" is better?

    It seems a bit odd to group those together since they're divided geographically, but I reorganized and relabelled a bit.
