Are there any examples using the command line interface of fact++. I just want to load an abox and tbox and do some queries. It's even not mentioned which format fact++ expects.

I found out, that you have to create a config file containing a "TBox" key pointing to a file. But regardless of the format used, it gives an illegal syntax error.

Further, how do I specify queries?

So far the only realistic method to work with the ontologies in the most common formats using Fact++ is Java OWL API.

Hopefully with the new Python bindings there will be a possibility to use Python's rdflib.
