Retrieve the Object SubProperties of the TopOjectProperty

This is a feature request. The reasoner doesn't retrieve the sub object properties of the TopObjectProperty so that I could easily recreate the property hierarchy.

<b>What is the expected output? What do you see instead?</b> I would expect the children of the TopObjectProperty but I'm getting an empty set.

<b>What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?</b> FactPlusPlus libraries in combination with OWL API v3.
